The Consular team is here to do what it can to look after the interests of British nationals (and some Commonwealth nationals not represented in Guatemala, El Salvador or Honduras) visiting or living in the three countries we cover.  This is one of the most important areas of our work, but there are limits to what we can do, as described in the following pages.

The pages in this section explain how we can help, as well as provide some information on how you can register with us, either as a resident or a visitor.  We also are able to carry out notarial work, register a birth or a death, and how we can help British nationals if things go wrong.
